Your responsibilities will include: Responding to incoming live chats and calls from customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Making outbound calls to customers for follow-up purposes, to ensure their satisfaction with our services, and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conducting quality checks with customers from the prior day to ensure our services met their expectations and to gather feedback for continuous improvement. Scheduling visits for maintenance customers and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Proactively reaching out to customers on our list to offer promotions, discounts, and new services that align with their interests and needs. Following up on customer reviews, both positive and negative, to show appreciation for feedback and to address any concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner. Providing general inbound customer service, handling a variety of customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
