With a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, we are a leader in our industry and a great place to grow your career. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions * Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively * Processing and monitoring customer purchasing orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery * Providing information to customers about material lead times, product availability, and pricing * Creating invoices and corrections, as well as returns of material * Scheduling visits to the showroom, leading material views, and reserving specific material * Solving customer issues from order to delivery and maintaining customer account receivables * Providing customer support over the phone, face-to-face, and via email * Performing analysis in SAP as requested by General Manager, Operations Manager, or the sales/promotion force * Managing and maintaining the showroom, including ordering and stocking supplies, maintaining equipment, and placing marketing materials * Logging and attending to daily visitors and events, recording each visitor/event into SalesForce * Supporting the sales team by preparing sample shipments for customers and end-users, checking stock of materials when requested, and highlighting any possible stock issues that may arise to help them achieve and exceed sales targets * Performing other tasks as requested by the manager **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 3+ years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently * 2+ years of experience with invoicing and order entry * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work directly with end customers in a fast-moving and dynamic organization * Ability to multi-task and work in an extremely fast-paced environment * Exceptional customer-facing and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal * Computer literacy to a relatively high standard, including Outlook, Excel, and Word * Experience with SAP, ERP, or order systems is a plus **What We Offer** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate between $18-20.50/hour, depending on experience and qualifications * Potential Annual Award based on individual performance and company performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability, and Basic Life and Supplemental Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match * Paid time off, including vacation time, sick time, and floating holidays * Opportunity to grow your career and develop your leadership skills in a dynamic and innovative company * Collaborative and supportive work environment with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
