Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our International Voice team in Hyderabad. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, communicating with them through various channels such as mail, chat, and phone. Your excellent communication skills, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
