About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Fredericksburg, VA office. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the personalized service they deserve. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with personalized recommendations. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously. Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informed service to our customers. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate our systems and software. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of our products and services. A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service. Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong track record of meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary of $21.34 per hour, with a base salary increase of 10% within the first year. Top associates can see increases up to 15%!
