Your primary goal will be to help clients with 1-49 employees, and every day will be different, with new questions and solutions to provide. You'll work in a metrics-driven call center environment, with a structured day and a high volume of inbound calls. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a way with clients that builds rapport, establishes trust, and shines with professionalism. **Key Responsibilities:** * Client Support: Help clients manage their business using arenaflex solutions, including troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues. * Learn: Continuously upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools. * Organize: Adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls, with daily phone time increasing during peak seasons. **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience. * Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons. * A college degree is great, but not required.
