You will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through professional responses to inbound calls from customers nationally * Maintaining accurate data entry and CRM management, including customer and prospect information * Managing orders from processing to follow-up, ensuring timely completion and verification of items and customer information * Processing payments in a timely manner and following up on pending payments * Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and develop teamwork and communication skills **Key Responsibilities** * Provide Exceptional Customer Service: + Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one + Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns + Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Data Entry and CRM Management: + Accurately input information into various fields and maintain the CRM database with customer and prospect information + Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support sales and customer service efforts * Order Management: + Maintain an order batch, responsible for the life of an order from processing to follow-up, if required + Verify items and customer information entered accurately to ensure order completion * Follow-up and Verification: + Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner + Verify items and customer information entered accurately to ensure order completion * Payment Processing: + Follow up on pending payments and process payments in a timely manner + Ensure accurate and timely payment processing to support sales and customer service efforts **Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following competencies: * Fast-Paced Environment: + Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be multi-task oriented + Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines * Positive Attitude: + Friendly, positive attitude, and eager to assist the customer regardless of the customer's disposition + Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions * Attention to Detail: + Work effectively under pressure and maintain attention to detail + Ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks and responsibilities * Collaborative Team Player: + Collaborative and team player attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals + Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of tasks and responsibilities **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements: * Education: + High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred + Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred * Communication and Organizational Skills: + Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues + Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines * Customer Service Experience: + 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience + Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Technical Skills: + Must be computer literate with data entry skills and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook + Familiarity with CRM software and data management systems preferred * Language Skills: + English/Spanish a plus **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
