Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with our Inward Body Shop team to ensure that all aspects of our Approved Crash Program are running smoothly * Coordinating with clients to arrange vehicle appearances and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed * Maintaining accurate records and reports, including vehicle announcements and material and supplies reordering * Conducting fix surveys and ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve issues * Working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
