As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. If you have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and are passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative III at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Respond to all phone and email inquiries from customers and internal team members in a timely and professional manner * Open service requests and sales orders for contract parts, returned parts, and projects * Manage telephone and email enquiries, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently * Review open service requests and bring them to a satisfactory closure within a timely manner * Help to manage the installation, movement, and decommissioning of new machines * Ensure that all project information is updated in Salesforce * Manage quotes being sent to customers and process them through to the Order Entry team for order creation * Ensure that parts are shipped ready to meet the needs of field technicians * Keep customers regularly informed of service request progress * Coordinate repairs and technical support with field personnel and schedule workload accordingly **Education & Experience** To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following education and experience: * Proven experience as a call center representative or similar position * Experience in customer service is essential * Proficient in English; good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus * Working knowledge of MS Office * Ability to work under pressure * Ability to work independently and multi-task **Position Details** * Pay Rate / Range: $18-$23 * The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, location, travel required, and current market conditions. * Benefits (Regular, Full Time Employees): + Medical, Dental, and Vision offerings + Weekly Direct Deposit + Paid Holidays and Personal Time Off + 401(k) with match + Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short / Long Term Disability, plus other voluntary coverages + Pre-Paid Legal and Employee Assistance Programs + Northwest Federal Credit Union Membership **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
