Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting AEP customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues. Providing exceptional, friendly support over the phone – no sales required. Collaborating with your teammates to ensure every customer gets the help they need. Education and Experience The ideal candidate for this role will have: At least 2 years of experience in customer service and a passion for providing outstanding support. A high school diploma or GED and authorization to work in the United States. A stable work history and the ability to work in a remote setting. Flexibility for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages – because our customers count on us when it matters most.
