Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting AEP customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues. Education and Experience The ideal candidate for this role will have: At least 2 years of experience in customer service and a passion for providing outstanding support. A high school diploma or GED and authorization to work in the United States. A stable work history and the ability to work in a remote setting.
