As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our members' drug plans, providing exceptional service, and helping them navigate the complexities of healthcare. **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our PBM division, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and facilitating treatment solutions.
