Key Responsibilities Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations, providing personalized support to clients and addressing their concerns Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills Perform passenger check-in and front seat assignment, correct oversold seat assignments, and issue upgrades, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients Issue vouchers or coordinate with contractors for passenger hotel accommodations, meals, and transportation, providing exceptional support during times of need Perform passenger boarding, including ticket lift or ticket lift/confirmation, and work door reader/scanner and related duties, ensuring the safety and security of our clients Make boarding and flight door announcements, conveying important information to passengers and ensuring a smooth Perform customer assistance hands-on training, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence Process and complete Visa baggage transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing exceptional support to clients Assist passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk baggage handling at ticket counters, providing personalized support and addressing client concerns Line up lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters, ensuring efficient and organized operations, and minimizing wait times for clients Clear/confirm international documents at kiosks in the ticket counter area and activation stations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Accept and activate passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of client belongings Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station, providing exceptional support and addressing client concerns, and demonstrating a commitment to delivering personalized experiences Perform customer support work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing disruptions Have regular and predictable attendance on-site, including meeting any mandatory overtime requirements, and demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences Answer and assist during security and/or emergency situations,
