Your primary duties will include: * **Providing Service to Patients**: Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner. * **Excellent Communication**: Provide clear, concise, and effective communication to patients, both verbally and in writing. * **ETM Software Operation**: Learn and understand the operation of ETM software, ensuring seamless integration with our systems. * **Billing and Account Operations**: Learn and understand billing and account operations, including researching and resolving problems with patients' bills. * **Documenting Inquiries**: Document all telephone inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely recording of patient interactions. * **Research and Resolution**: Research and resolve problems with patients' bills, updating their insurance coverage as needed. * **Printing and Rebilling**: Print courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebill accounts after receiving insurance information. * **Financial Agreements**: Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed. * **Other Duties**: Perform other duties and assignments as requested by management. **Qualifications and Experience** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **Microsoft Windows Environment**: Familiarity with the Microsoft Windows environment is essential. * **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills (oral and written) are required, with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously. * **Bilingual English/Spanish**: Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
