Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be part of our Merchant Services team, working closely with our Merchant Services Manager to deliver outstanding support to our merchants and customers. As a key member of our Inbound Enactments group, you will be responsible for providing mentorship, guidance, and expertise to your colleagues, while driving best practices in issue resolution, metrics monitoring, and team leadership. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26, and we anticipate that this role will be hybrid, with some time spent in-office when our offices resume. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to our merchants and customers, responding to and resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Mentor and coach colleagues to improve their performance and achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality, identifying areas for growth and implementing solutions to drive positive change Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes, using tools like Google Sheets or Excel to perform data analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives, working effectively in both independent and team-based environments Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge and insights to drive innovation and growth Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with a proven track record of success in a flexible work arrangement Knowledge of the private industry, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Experience with data analysis and metrics monitoring, with the ability to apply insights to drive business outcomes Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to coach and develop colleagues to achieve team goals Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
