About the Role We are seeking an energetic, upbeat, and professional Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. As a critical contributor to our customer service team, you will play a vital role in interacting with our current and prospective customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, and chat messages daily, promptly, accurately, and courteously, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Track orders promptly and accurately, providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Recognize and respond to cross-sell opportunities presented in order calls or email requests, driving sales growth and customer loyalty. Resolve customer service problems promptly and accurately, within proscribed company guidelines, and in a manner designed to retain and promote customer loyalty. Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements: Dedicated office/space that includes a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset. Ability to work 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons. At least 6 months of experience working remotely, with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation. At least two years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media. At least 1 year of experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system, with strong computer skills and data-entry/keyboard skills. Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more, with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with bi-lingual skills being a plus. High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience, with a customer-first mindset that is measured through customer experience feedback.
