About the Role: Customer Service Remote Agent Position We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a blithequark team member, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with the exception of a mandatory three-day on-site training session. Occasional meetings may require your presence in the office, but we understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Our remote positions are available to individuals within a 50-mile radius of 3300 Northern Blvd, Long Island City, NY, encompassing all five boroughs, wider NY, and parts of New Jersey. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Utilize active listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide personalized solutions Accurately document customer interactions, maintain records, and perform data entry tasks with precision Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering outstanding customer experiences Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to work overtime and adjust to shifting priorities Qualifications and Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, including clear speaking, focused listening, and note-taking abilities. A friendly and approachable personality is essential, as you will be interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.
