**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Front Line Support for blithequark's Healthcare Clients**

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals who share our commitment to excellence. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the front line to our clients, providing exceptional service and support as they place their meal orders. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing questions and concerns, and ensuring that all clients have an order on file. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong sense of community, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** * Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients, providing exceptional service and support * Address questions and concerns, and provide clear and concise information to clients * Input order information into the client order screen, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Document all conversations with clients into the client information database * Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file * Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients * Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed * Collaborate with the team to resolve customer complaints and concerns * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Requirements** * High school degree or GED * 1 year of previous customer service experience * Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) * Clear oral communication skills * Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints * Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of previous call center experience * Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems * Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures * Bilingual (English/Spanish) **Physical Requirements** * Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers * Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods * Visual perception to perform job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus **What We Offer** * Competitive starting wage of $17.00/hour with weekly pay * PTO, 401k, and a full benefits package available after 30 days of employment * Free breakfast and lunch * Casual dress code * Tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1 * Eligible for referral bonuses starting Day 1 * Weekly paychecks * A fun and supportive work environment with a strong sense of community **Why Join blithequark?** * We're a family-operated business with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others * We're committed to delivering exceptional service and tailored nutrition solutions to our clients * We offer a competitive salary and benefits package * We have a fun and supportive work environment with a strong sense of community * We're dedicated to ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Equal Employment Opportunity** blithequark complies with all applicable federal and state non-discrimination laws.
