About the Role: Customer Service Representative We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming calls from patients with empathy and efficiency, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Precisely record new patient details in our system, including personal and medical information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate with physicians to secure written orders, confirm insurance coverage, and process orders, maintaining seamless communication and follow-up. Maintain continuous communication with patients and referring entities about order statuses, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date. Handle daily management of purchase order discrepancies and reports, identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Preferred experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and handling high-volume calls. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders. Strong multitasking and organizational capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail. Proficiency in handling a high volume of calls, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Experience in computer navigation and data entry, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Location and Schedule: Our office is located at 26834 Lawrence Ave., Center Line, MI 48015. Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Initially, onsite training is required for 4-6 weeks, after which remote work options become available, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
