Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and efficient manner Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and service Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, contributing to the overall success of the customer service team Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products or services, enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field. You should be excellent at communicating over the phone and other communication platforms, with basic computer skills and experience. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively is essential, as is the ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner.
