Demonstrate patience and understanding when dealing with customers who may need extra support, maintaining a consistent tone and effort in all interactions. Inform customers of order status, product availability, and manage customer expectations around these topics, ensuring that our customers are always informed and up-to-date. Assist with overflow calls from other concepts when needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to support your colleagues. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support. Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as being internet savvy and able to navigate our systems and tools with ease. The ability to type quickly and accurately, with a high level of proficiency in responding to emails and live chat inquiries. Access to a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 kb/s, ensuring that you can stay connected and responsive to our customers at all times. A quiet, secure, and dedicated home workspace, with the ability to minimize distractions and maintain a professional environment. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, especially during peak seasons, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer support. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base.
