Key Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and concerns about blithequark products, including websites and marketing materials Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries Handle complex escalated inquiries from customers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively Record and maintain detailed notes about interactions with customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Report bugs and other issues on platforms to our development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues promptly Provide feedback to management on customer experience, likes, and dislikes about blithequark products, helping us to refine and improve our offerings Exercise patience, empathy, and understanding in every customer interaction, ensuring a positive and supportive experience Efficiently manage and resolve a ticket backlog, providing quality information and service to our customers Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with blithequark products, services, and industry developments Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our customer service team Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments. You should be a proactive and flexible individual who can work effectively in a team environment and independently. Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English are essential, and you should be able to type at a speed of 50+ words per minute.
