About the Role This fully remote position requires you to work the third shift, from 11 PM to 7 AM, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need during the overnight hours. The role begins with a comprehensive one-week training session from 8 AM to 5 PM, where you'll gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this position. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients, addressing their inquiries, and providing solutions to their financial needs. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions. Accurately document all client interactions and transactions, maintaining precise records for future reference. Utilize basic business math skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients, fostering positive relations and ensuring their financial needs are met. Maintain a high level of sensitivity, tact, and professionalism in all client interactions, even in challenging situations. Adhere to legal and company guidelines, upholding the integrity and operational standards of blithequark's services. Process payments with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. Evaluate loan applications using advanced software tools, determining applicant eligibility through detailed analysis. Keep clients informed throughout the loan application process, ensuring they understand all aspects and obligations. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in financial services to enhance client interaction and service delivery. Multi-task effectively, managing conversations and documentation simultaneously to ensure efficient service delivery. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess: A demonstrated history of excellence in customer service and communication, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications, with the ability to learn new software tools. A high school diploma or GED; further education or certification in financial services is considered a plus. The ability to manage stress and maintain composure under challenging circumstances. Preferred Skills While not mandatory, the following skills are highly valued: Experience in a financial service environment, particularly in loan processing or customer service roles. Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in cloud-based systems and multiple banking software.
