Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Medicare customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. As a Medicare Customer Service Representative, you will handle a wide range of topics, including claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide 5-star service, upholding the high standards of our team. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate and timely information on Medicare-related topics, including claims, benefits, and enrollment Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer inquiries efficiently Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all customer interactions, providing personalized support and solutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality standards, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong emphasis on service-oriented skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
