Job Overview In this role, you will be working as a Medicare Customer Service Representative, handling a wide range of customer inquiries and issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and more. This is a 100% remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home, within a one-hour radius of Philadelphia, PA 19103. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to Medicare claims, benefits, and services Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding in every interaction Work with customers to solve problems, using strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach Navigate multiple systems and applications to access customer information and resolve issues Communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality standards and productivity targets Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving. You should have experience working in a call center environment, handling inbound customer calls, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
