Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension, offering a competitive hourly rate of up to $18.83. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or other communication channels Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty Utilize computer software and dual screens to navigate and document customer interactions Work in a fast-paced, 24/7 call center environment, adapting to varying shifts and priorities Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer calls and resolve issues efficiently Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance overall customer experience Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Proficient in computer software navigation, including MS Outlook and data entry software Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment with varying shifts and priorities Strong attendance and punctuality record, with a commitment to reliability and dependability Preferred Qualifications Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of healthcare or pharmacy operations, including terminology, policies, and procedures Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar technologies Training and Onboarding Blithequark is committed to providing comprehensive training and onboarding to ensure your success in this role. The training program will last approximately 2-3 weeks, during which you will be required to be on camera and participate in virtual training sessions. You will also be expected to work a standard schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pacific) during the training period. Remote Work Arrangements As a 100% remote employee, you will be required to have a dedicated, quiet workspace with a table, chair, and reliable internet connection. Blithequark will provide the necessary equipment, including a laptop and headset, as well as a 2-meter LAN cable for endpoint connectivity. You will be expected to maintain a hardwired internet connection, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps, and be available for video screenings and virtual meetings.
