Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative To further our growth and success, we are seeking talented individuals who excel at building lasting relationships with customers over the phone. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to make and receive calls to and from customers, qualifying them before transferring them to a sales representative at the client's end. These conversations will primarily involve individuals who have expressed interest in our clients' services or have been offered additional services by our clients. Our diverse client base spans various industries, including mortgages, insurance, education, and consumer services.
