Your key responsibilities will include: Triage urgent clinical calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources, ensuring timely and effective support Assist with data-entry and management of new referrals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Meet standardized performance metrics for calls and referrals, consistently delivering high-quality service and support Communicate coordination of care information with team members and patients, ensuring seamless care transitions and effective communication Maintain an organized file system for document tracking and patient management, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements Qualifications: Essential Skills and Experience To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: High school graduate or GED required, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication At least one year of previous call center experience, preferably in a healthcare setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, caregivers, and team members Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with team members, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive approach Preferred Qualifications: Standing Out as a Leader in Customer Service While not essential, the following qualifications will be advantageous in this role: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with a focus on healthcare, customer service, or a related field Three years of related healthcare experience preferred, with a deep understanding of healthcare services and patient support Skills and Competencies: Delivering Exceptional Customer Service To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, caregivers, and team members Empathy and compassion, with a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of our patients and caregivers Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our team members.
