Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect, patience, and understanding. Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining precise records of customer interactions. Provide solutions and resolve customer complaints in a fair and courteous manner, adhering to the company's customer service standards. Stay updated on the company's products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively address customer inquiries. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess: A high school diploma or equivalent; some college education or higher is preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance-related environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology tools. Reliable internet connectivity and a dedicated workspace for working from home.
