Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will work on a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our Athletes receive the support they need, whenever they need it. Key Responsibilities Assist Athletes with inquiries related to products, gift cards, ScoreCard issues, order placement, order status, returns, and replacements, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Deliver first-call resolution by owning Athlete issues from start to finish, demonstrating empathy, and keeping Athletes updated throughout the process, reflecting arenaflex's commitment to exceptional customer service. Handle escalated call transfers at a Tier II level of support, utilizing strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex issues efficiently. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve Athlete issues, escalating those that require deeper assessment or resolution to ensure that every Athlete receives the support they deserve. Collaborate with individual stores and internal business partners to provide comprehensive support and reach resolutions related to Athlete issues, fostering a team environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Execute back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of all incident information, to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent, laying the foundation for a career in customer service and beyond. 1 – 3 years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related experience, preferably in a retail-oriented environment, where you have honed your skills in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Able to type 25+ words per minute, ensuring efficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Able to work weekend days and holidays, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to supporting our Athletes during peak periods. Customer-service oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences that exceed customer expectations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication with Athletes, team members, and internal partners. Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills, fostering trust and rapport with our Athletes and internal stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative and supportive culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to resolve issues efficiently and deliver high-quality outcomes. Strong detail orientation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of customer service and issue resolution. Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, enabling the effective resolution of complex issues and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a remote customer service role, where you have developed the skills to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Familiarity with customer service software and technology, enabling efficient issue resolution and seamless customer interactions. Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles, providing a solid foundation for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
