Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our Athlete Engagement Team, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone and chat. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, building meaningful relationships, and resolving complex issues with ease. As a second-tier customer support specialist, you will be empowered to take ownership of customer concerns, conduct in-depth investigations, and provide personalized solutions that exceed our athletes' expectations. Key Responsibilities Partner with athletes to address questions and concerns via phone or chat, providing timely and effective solutions that meet their needs. Handle Tier 2 escalation calls and chats with confidence, utilizing your problem-solving skills and product knowledge to resolve complex issues. Build strong relationships with athletes through clear, empathetic, and enthusiastic communication, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. Collaborate with internal and external partners, such as arenaflex stores, shipping companies, and other customer service team members, to resolve issues and share knowledge. Troubleshoot technical issues, report sensitive concerns, and investigate potential incidents, logging all relevant information and taking ownership of significant issues. Participate in team events and culture-building initiatives, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, retail, food service, or hospitality (part-time experience is acceptable). High-speed internet and an Ethernet port. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TEAMS. Experience with IVR (Five9), CRM, or order management lookup tools is a plus, as well as familiarity with loyalty and gift card platforms. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The ideal candidate will possess: A passion for sports and building strong communities, with the ability to share this enthusiasm with others. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations. Tech-savvy skills to navigate our systems and provide seamless customer service. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including one weekend day per week and some holidays. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as the ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking athletes is a valuable asset.
