Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will possess the following essential qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to diverse audiences. Technical savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds. Ability to work with a high volume of activity, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. Bilingual abilities are preferred, with fluency in English and one of the following languages: Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, or other languages. Availability to work a 6 am-3 pm schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. U.S. work authorization is required for this role.
