About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. Your primary responsibilities will include processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that every interaction with our clients is positive, informative, and supportive. Key Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner Secure all trailing documents from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness Complete Evidence of Insurance requests, providing prompt and professional service Document each customer contact in eAgent, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records Take premium payments from customers, handling financial transactions with care and precision Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact, updating customer information as needed Return all phone messages promptly, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective communication Maintain knowledge of new products, staying up-to-date on industry developments and company offerings Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must reside in California and possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable. You should have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency and a ability to work independently. Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
