As a key member of our Calibration Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication with our customers, providing top-notch support, and driving business growth through exceptional service and sales efforts. Key Responsibilities In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including: Handling inbound phone calls and emails from customers, responding to inquiries, and providing price quotes for calibration services. Scheduling calibrations for vehicles and managing post-calibration billing processes. Performing call center functions to deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Establishing and maintaining constant communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their calibration services and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our product inventory, including data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and customer service inquiries. Generating sales and buys from online leads, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our customer base. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) and calibrations, providing expert advice and support to customers. Assuming other duties as assigned, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you should have: A high school degree or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service, sales, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Call Center Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support and driving sales growth. Bi-Lingual skills in English and Spanish, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. 2+ years of college education, with a focus on customer service, business, or a related field. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities To excel in this role, you should possess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Strong customer relations skills, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The ability to work well with others, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives. The capacity to work under conditions of frequent interruptions, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively. Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work. Essential Physical Demands and Work Environment This role is primarily sedentary, requiring you to: Sit for extended periods, using a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently. Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs occasionally, with the ability to adapt to changing work demands. Be willing to learn and complete calibrations, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and processes.
