Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative for Benefits Enrollment at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for ADP client employees, providing expert guidance on benefits and open enrollment information. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to 30-40 inbound calls per day from a queue, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Provide detailed information on company insurance programs, benefits, and open enrollment to employees and dependents, ensuring clarity and understanding. Analyze and interpret complex data to provide insightful information on benefits and group insurance programs, identifying areas for improvement. Record employee enrollment in benefits accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Utilize in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures to resolve customer issues and provide expert guidance. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues and providing excellent service. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat). Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word, with the ability to multitask and navigate computer systems while on calls. A strong attendance and reliability record, with a commitment to being punctual and meeting productivity standards. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Experience working with benefits administration or in a related field. Knowledge of insurance programs, benefits, and open enrollment processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
