Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from REALTORS® and homeowners, providing timely and effective support Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner Utilize our systems and tools to manage customer interactions, ensuring seamless experiences Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends Collaborate with colleagues and trainers to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback What You'll Gain from This Opportunity Our comprehensive training program is designed to prepare you for success in this role. Here's what you can expect: Extensive Paid Training : Our 8-week training program is fully paid, and you'll work with live trainers in small class sizes to ensure personalized attention and support. Competitive Compensation : You'll earn $14.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement to higher pay levels (3 levels available) and attendance bonuses. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a background check and drug screen. Strong Communication Skills : You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers over the phone. Microsoft Office Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required. Self-Motivation and Integrity : We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, integrity, and values. While not required, the following experience is preferred: Customer Service Experience : 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, although not required. Call Center Experience : 1 year of call center experience is preferred, although not required.
