About the Role: Providing Unparalleled Customer Service Support As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work with renowned cruise lines, providing top-notch support to their guests and travel agent partners. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls, responding to a wide range of inquiries, including questions about cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries. You will be the face of our client's brand, and your exceptional communication skills, patience, and attention to detail will ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
