Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing their questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized support and resolving member inquiries on the first call. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls and address member questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, prescription insurance, and medication coverage Provide empathetic and personalized support to ensure a positive customer experience Offer solutions and guidance to help members navigate their healthcare options Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer support Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance regulations Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with arenaflex's high standards.
