This will enable you to focus on delivering outstanding service to our clients' customers. **Contractual Relationship** As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with us for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings, and you'll agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind. **Important Information** We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC.
