Job Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our cardholders, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. This is a full-time remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from home with provided equipment and occasional in-person meetings for training and collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and support Maintaining accurate customer information and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner Authorizing sales and building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues to drive business growth and customer satisfaction Utilizing proficient computer skills to manage information and communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders Occasionally meeting in person for training and collaboration to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Residence within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Rapid City, SD, to facilitate occasional in-person meetings and training sessions Proficiency using a computer, with strong technical skills and the ability to learn new systems and software 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent Willingness to undergo drug testing, background investigation, and fingerprinting, as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment Legal authorization to work in the U.S., with a valid work visa or citizenship Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following preferred qualifications and skills will give you a competitive edge in this role: 0-2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a related healthcare field, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders Proficient computer skills, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, with a range of career progression opportunities and learning benefits available.
