Troubleshoot and problem-solve complex customer issues, collaborating with other team members to resolve problems efficiently and effectively. Maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, staying updated on new releases, features, and promotions to provide expert support to customers. Work closely with other departments to address customer complaints, feedback, and suggestions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and processes. Essential Qualifications Previous customer service experience is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer complaints. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Flexibility to work the Evening Shift as specified, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities as needed.
