About the Role We're currently seeking Customer Service Professionals to join our team in Getzville, NY. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing personalized support and service that demonstrates the value of being insured by blithequark. Your day will be filled with answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to our policyholders. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to our policyholders, showcasing expertise and fostering trust to grow customer satisfaction Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and provide recommendations to our customers Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, adapting to changes quickly and willing to learn new skills Communicate effectively with customers, understanding the importance of listening and being empathetic Utilize solid computer and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities Be open to feedback and willing to adjust to changes to support your performance and development Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience providing outstanding customer service, with a strong focus on showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction. You'll also need to be an effective communicator, with excellent listening and empathetic skills. The ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment is essential, as is the willingness to learn new skills and adjust to changes quickly.
