What Does a Service Representative Do at arenaflex? As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company, working to build relationships with customers who contact us via phone calls, chats, and emails. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support and solutions to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will handle a large number of contacts, approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift, and will be responsible for demonstrating reliability, meeting our high-performance bar, and engaging with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate reliability: Attendance and commitment to being present and on time for the entire shift each day is essential. Handle a large number of contacts: You will handle approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift, and will be responsible for managing multiple interactions simultaneously. Meet our high-performance bar: You will work to exceed customer satisfaction, succeed in meeting metrics for customer service excellence, and other responsibilities as assigned. Professional customer engagement: You will be the voice of arenaflex, working to build relationships with customers who contact us via phone calls, chats, and emails. Actively listen and show empathy: You will actively listen to understand the customer's concerns and use internal resources to find the best solution to fully solve their problem. De-escalate customer care: You will use your conflict management skills to balance the client's needs with the company's capabilities while always maintaining professional composure. Troubleshooting: You will think analytically to solve customer problems in the first contact resolution process, using your knowledge and skills to provide effective solutions. Be tech-savvy and multitask: You must navigate multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently. System development issues: You will identify areas of need for improvement for arenaflex customers and share any leadership trends. Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements: You must be over 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. You must be able to read, write, and understand English and Spanish, and have a working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent. You must be able to complete our 100% mandatory training program, which will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role. You must be able to pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process.
