Job Overview We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Customer Service Representative to play a crucial role in supporting our customer service, customer retention, and sales growth initiatives. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, handling various inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related calls, and performing administrative functions. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer service, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
