Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates. Presentation of a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers, ensuring a positive and lasting impression of arenaflex. Provide high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks. Process and coordinate Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, ensuring efficient and effective financial management. Handle administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, maintaining accurate and timely records. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of essential skills, qualifications, and personal qualities. These include: Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, both internally and externally.
