Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and courteous customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their issues, and ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded. Assist customers with product information, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Claim for customers regarding customer disputes and provide customer service support by solving customer complaints and questions. Achieve customer service and sales objectives, performing assigned customer service functions to ensure superior customer service to all external and internal customers. Answer inbound customer service phone calls, respond to customer contacts, and provide a high level of customer service to all customers. Meet and exceed customer expectations in each customer contact, assisting with the resolution of customer issues and responding to customer, store, and division inquiries. Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes, keeping records of customer interactions and maintaining manual customer charge accounts. Help develop a vendor team focused on driving customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring excellence in customer service with every customer contact. Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing customer service to all clients with the selection of products and services. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
