Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries and concerns. Utilize active listening and probing question skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized support. Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, assisting in reducing churn and promoting customer retention. Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, continuously improving the customer experience and service delivery. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a driven personality that is focused on solving problems and meeting goals. You should be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and have experience in customer service and sales. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive pay rate of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, with an 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week. Requirements to Work from Home To work from home as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to have a quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work, with excellent internet connectivity and a hard-wired internet connection. You will also need a smartphone (iOS or Android) that is 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able to download our app for company communications. Technical Requirements Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better). In-house network and a hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates. Wireless and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible with our systems.
