About the Role In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and interactions across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will also be tasked with processing and modifying orders, escalating customer feedback, and proactively identifying solutions to questions and concerns that our pet owners may have. Core Responsibilities Assist customers over the phone, email, and chat with product and service questions, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy. Proactively identify solutions to questions and concerns that our pet owners may have, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish and ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied with the outcome. Provide technical support to customers navigating our website, ensuring that they can easily find the information and products they need. Qualifications Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. 1+ years of customer service experience or veterinary care experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work 7am - 3pm MT, Monday - Friday, with a reliable and consistent schedule. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders. VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS: Broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable or fiber to home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload contracted speed. Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free of distractions, with the ability to devote full attention to the customer during work hours. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Experience working virtually, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently with minimal supervision. Experience working in veterinary/pet care, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of pet owners. Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, with a strong commitment to collaboration, communication, and mutual support.
