Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for assisting customers online, in person, and over the phone. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and it's your job to make sure they feel welcome, supported, and valued. You will work with our team leads to meet and exceed monthly goals, and you will be expected to provide accurate and timely assistance to our customers. Key Responsibilities Assist customers online, in person, and over the phone, providing world-class customer service and support Welcome customers and work to provide the best customer experience possible Accurately assist customers with loan applications from start to finish Work with team leads to meet and exceed monthly goals Answer any and all customer questions, providing timely and accurate support Use blithequark's best practices to provide consistent and amazing customer service Work with money, including reconciling cash drawers accurately Listen and build relationships with customers and teammates Participate in ongoing learning and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services Complete other responsibilities assigned by management What We're Looking For We're looking for talented and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in phone customer service, we want to hear from you. You should be dedicated to helping others, and have experience in a service-related field, with cash handling experience preferred. You must be willing to work in an environment where performance will be measured and judged, and you must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to a variety of locations to meet staffing demands.
