Our passion for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences drives us to reach higher every day. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in meeting the specific and unique needs of our customers while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity with minimum downtime. You'll work closely with sales representatives to service customers, provide timely and accurate information, and resolve customer issues efficiently. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. • Handle all client interaction, including inbound and outbound calls, requests received electronically, and face-to-face interaction with walk-in clients. • Process customer orders and changes according to established department policies and procedures. • Process orders for sales representatives and act as a point of contact regarding open orders. • Maintain various accounts and review open orders. • Pull Material Safety Data Sheets and copy as required for customers. • Research customer's problems and follow through to resolution. • Provide administrative support for management, including report generation, data processing, and filing. • Participate in other projects assigned by supervisor. **Ideal Candidate Profile** • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience in a warehouse/distribution environment (an asset). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. • Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person. **Compensation & Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package, including a pay range of $18-$22 per hour, based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
