You'll work closely with sales representatives to service customers, provide timely and accurate information, and resolve customer issues efficiently. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests. • Handle all client interaction, including inbound and outbound calls, requests received electronically, and face-to-face interaction with walk-in clients. • Process customer orders and changes according to established department policies and procedures. • Process orders for sales representatives and act as a point of contact regarding open orders. • Maintain various accounts and review open orders. • Pull Material Safety Data Sheets and copy as required for customers. • Research customer's problems and follow through to resolution. • Provide administrative support for management, including report generation, data processing, and filing. • Participate in other projects assigned by supervisor. **Ideal Candidate Profile** • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience in a warehouse/distribution environment (an asset). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. • Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person. **Compensation & Benefits** We offer a competitive compensation package, including a pay range of $18-$22 per hour, based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors.
