Key Responsibilities Taking orders in the drive-thru and processing payments efficiently Assembling orders and delivering food to customers in a timely and friendly manner Cleaning the dining room, tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant to maintain a clean and welcoming environment Providing excellent verbal and written communication to customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Working effectively as part of a team, assisting other crew members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety Multitasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands and expectations Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Must be 16 years of age or older Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop, ascend or descend stairs, and reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time and work a variety of shifts, including opening, closing, and everything in between Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace, aligning with blithequark's culture by balancing working hard and having fun Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive-thru cashier, or any other restaurant or service-oriented role Ability to take initiative and comply with company policies and procedures Ability to provide all customers with quick and friendly service, working together as a team to ensure continuity of service Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting and assisting other crew members as needed Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
