Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Help customers troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Your Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you should have: A High School Diploma and/or GED. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred or required). Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills. The ability to work various shifts as needed and live within a reasonable distance of our site.
